- In the "Code" drop-down menu, please select the position you will be working.
- In the "Jurisdiction" box, please enter the jurisdiction you are working for (this is mandatory).
- In the "Polling Place / Early Voting Site" box, please enter the name of the Election Day Polling Place or Early Voting Site where you will be working (this is optional).
